DisplayBuddy is designed with privacy in mind.

• License Activation: An internet connection is required to activate your DisplayBuddy license. After activation, core display controls work offline without an ongoing internet connection.
• Local Processing: Display controls and settings are processed and stored locally on your Mac or Windows computer.
• Optional Product Analytics: DisplayBuddy uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous product analytics that help us understand feature usage and improve the app. These analytics are optional and can be disabled in DisplayBuddy.
• Crash Reporting: DisplayBuddy uses Sentry for technical crash reporting so we can identify and fix reliability issues.
• Website Analytics: The DisplayBuddy website uses DataFa.st to understand website traffic and usage. Website analytics are governed by DataFa.st's privacy policy.
• Payments: Payments are handled securely by Gumroad or LemonSqueezy. We do not have access to your credit card or payment details.
